I’m here to help you download your best self, where you can enjoy your version of healthy, happy, groovy living. Whether you need physical and mental conditioning through yoga, meditation, cooking or nutrition, you’ve found the right place.
So what are you looking to gain? As a Registered Dietitian, I specialize in food sensitivities, elderly nutrition, childhood nutrition, vegetarian nutrition, lifestyle coaching and sustainable food practices – like gardening, cooking, and home food preserving. I’m also deeply concerned about our complicated and failing food system. I want to help make you aware of what’s smart, what’s scary, and how you can keep you and your family safe and sane.
I am also an “experienced registered yoga teacher” (E-
RYT). This means I’m really good at leading peeps like you to their divine fountain of bliss, youthfulness and radiance with yogic tools. I present simple tips that provide wisdom and clarity. I can lead you to your divine fountain; it’s up to you to drink from it!

The first program I’m offering is Beautiful Body, in which we address weight management, food addictions, detoxing, building health, and falling into loving relationship with our bodies.
The second is Yoga on Your Terms, a complete yoga program that is the result of 13 years of intensive yoga training and teaching. This carefully crafted course will help you find and immerse yourself into your divine fountain of bliss, youthfulness and radiance. In this self-paced program you will learn:
- Simple meditations to reduce your stress and increase your joy
- Breathing techniques to nurture your inner brilliance, boost your energy, quiet your mind, induce sleep or meditation, and even boost your metabolism;
- Common misunderstandings about good karma and bad karma, and the mistakes that most of us make

- Secrets to improving concentration and focus;
- Individualized yoga that meets your specific needs; and,
- Simple ways to fit yoga into your daily life without having to attend long or expensive yoga classes.
